What is Panchakarma?

During remedial treatment toxins that have been accumulated are removed from the body  body

The basis of Ayurvedic treatment is Panchakarma or five steps to cleanse the body. The idea is to remove accumulated metabolism toxins from individual tissues of the body. They remain and accumulate in the body especially due to undigested or bad food. They are harmful for the body and prevent individual organs from functioning properly. Panchakarma releases these toxins and detoxifies the body, allowing it to restore its functions again. This greatly contributes to mental health.
